When people hear "Philadelphia sports" majority will think of the four major sports teams in the city. Those teams being the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers and Sixers. Within the past week, Philadelphia has adopted a fifth sports team. That is the Taney Dragons.

The thing that you would never know until you get to the camp is the residential experience. In this blog, I am going to share my experience living in the famous Quad of the University of Pennsylvania and how JKCP made this experience even better.
The residential life at the camp mimics that of a typical college co-ed corridor living experience. At the Quad, we lived in several different corridors and spread across five floors.

Last summer, when I was at the Wharton Sports Business Academy, I met the most diverse group of students, with various geographical, national, racial, education and political backgrounds. As an international student myself, I had the international student full package experience at WSBA.
We’ve all been in this position before. The summer rolls around, you need a place to cool off! But have no fear because Philadelphia offers great places in the summer to go inside and beat the heat. Philadelphia has something to offer for all interests in the summer to get out of the sun and cool off. Here is a list of great places to visit in Philadelphia to beat the heat.

- Capogiro Gelato: Capogiro Gelato is one of the best locations near the Penn campus to cool off with a gelato. All 27 flavors are made fresh each morning. Located at 3925 Walnut Street.

When you think about your upcoming US East Coast trip, what are you most excited about? Let me guess… Philadelphia? Whats that – it’s not Philadelphia? The only question I have for you is, why not?
Often times, when people are planning their trips to the East Coast, they highlight two cities nearby, but skip right over what is arguably the most important city to see. The natural response to this is, “but there’s so much more to see in New York and Washington,” but let me tell you how that is not the case.
