Official JKCP Blog
Jackie Baron, a 13 year old from New Jersey, has spent her entire summer at JKCP's Xploration summer camp for middle school students. She was able to take advantage of our music class and the awesome opportunity to record in a real recording studio, along with make lasting friendships outside of the classroom. In the past she has experienced other traditional sleepaway camps but she talks about her experience at JKCP and why she finds her time spent here was more meaningful.
One of the perks of attending a summer program is the opportunity you have to meet new friends. At Julian Krinsky Camps & Programs students have the opportunity to meet new friends from over 40 different countries and 35 states. You can become friends with someone from the other side of the globe and learn about their culture, or sometimes you meet someone from your own backyard and you can connect over your shared culture.
Not many 11 year olds have business cards and personalized pens, but not many are like Preston Ferraiulo either. Preston is advanced for his age in the sense that he already knows what he wants to do when he grows up. He takes every opportunity he gets to learn something new to further himself and his future career, and that is why he attended Xploration’s summer business camps for kids this past summer.
As a returning student to the Julian Krinsky School of Tennis, Ryan Wagner from Maryland was eager to get back on the court. At ten years old Ryan knows what he wants in a summer tennis camp. We sat down with him to discuss his love of tennis and why he wanted to return to the Julian Krinsky School of Tennis.

If you’ve met Julian, he’s probably asked you “howzit?” A friendly, South African greeting meaning hello, how are you, what are you up to? On our blog, we’ll share how we’re doing and hope you’ll do the same. So…howzit?
