Another area of your body that gets neglected is the back. Well, that's because it's back there, but it doesn't mean you can't build up your back with specific workouts! What I mean is you never have a clear sight of your back so it often gets ignored. There are tons of benefits to having a strong back such as; improved posture, spine protection and stronger chest, shoulders and arms.
To begin with your back, here are your workouts:
-4X Thumbless Wide Grip Pull Ups
-5X 90 foot barbell row
-4X Rack dead lifts
-3X V bar pull downs
-3X Nautilus pull over
-3X One arm dumbbell rows
-2X Lower back extensions
-4X Barbell shrugs
Gradually increase your weights, but don't ever try too much. Remember it's your back so start to perfect your form first. Rest for two minutes in between each set.
