Tip Of The Week:
Using mental imagery can be your greatest tool to improve your game as every golfer needs it to get better.
Drill Of The Week:
Get comfortable and let your mind wander with ease. Then, try and focus on a certain aspect of your game. See yourself hitting the best shot you can and picture it over and over for about 5 minutes to get the mental imagery down. After this session, finish with some motivational words (Examples could be, I'm a great putter, I can move mountains with my will, I enjoy the excitement and uncertainty of my sport).
Doing this once or twice a week can drop your score and improve your game while taking you to that next level.
