You walk into the gym to get your whole body fit. We get that, but one area that tends to get neglected is your shoulders.
For those getting started, we suggest an easy workout for your shoulders:
One-Arm Dumbbell snatches (start with a comfortable weight). For examples, we've used five pounds as our starting point.
-Dumbbell front raises with five pounds
-Dumbbell lateral raises with five pounds
-Single arm cable front raises five pounds
-Lateral raise machine with fifteen pounds
By doing these exercises, you will be working out your legs and core as well.
