Model UN Can Change Your Life!

The Huffington Post published an article this week highlighting the Model UN experience for 2,500 high school students who attended the International Model UN Conference in New York. In the article, it mentions that many of the students improved as public speakers by speaking in front of hundreds of other students. The Model UN leader makes note that many of his students have progressed to AP classes from their Model UN experience.

Essentially your Model UN experience should help you gain confidence in your ability to think critically and build your self esteem to allow your knowledge to broaden on a more global scale. It's evident that being involved in Model UN can shape you as a person on many levels pertaining to school, leadership, and business.

With our International Affairs Program, you will enrich your knowledge and skills with our real-world approach on topics such as; world history, current events, global politics, and international relations. Our program curriculum involves debating, public speaking, realistic UN simulations and thorough research workshops. You will also have the opportunity to listen to guest speakers and take field trips to the United Nations in New York City along with Embassy Row in Washington, D.C.
